CABINAS LAS ARENAS THE SURFING HOTEL is centrally located in Playa Hermosa near Playa Jaco adjacent to the main highway to San Jose.

Arriving from the San Jose airport follow the directions below:

From the airport exit, turn right and go under the overpass. Turn right and go over the overpass to Alajuela( but do not go to Alajuela). Head north on highway 1 towards San Ramon. At 8 miles ( 14 kilometers) travel along this highway, you will see the road to Playa Jaco. At this intersection are some large fuel tanks on the left hand side of the road.Turn left here and go over the overpass. You should follow any signs that say Los Suenos Marriott Hotel, Playa Jaco, Quepos, Atenas or Orotina. Any of these locations will keep you on the correct route.

Go past Atenas and onto Orotina .Do not turn into Orotina but stay on the main highway. Go over the railroad tracks then turn right to Playa Jaco. At the next intersection, turn right and go under the overpass to Playa Jaco and Quepos. At Playa Jaco, stay on the main highway and bypass the town limits. Go past the gas station and travel another 4 miles ( 6 kilometers ) to Playa Hermosa near Playa Jaco. Watch for the soccer pitch and the school on the right side. CABINAS LAS ARENAS THE SURFING HOTEL is 500 yards past the school on the right hand side. We have signs to welcome you.
